Emtel offers the same Data Service in our own Web GIS Viewer which allows you to search for a Certificate Of Title attached to a property anywhere in New Zealand.  This service is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) hosted solution on our New Zealand servers. Monthly subscription per user.

$50 per month per user for the first 2 users.
